This is the small group personal training class (6-1), This gives members a bespoke package and the class follows a progressive strength programme designed to challenge and improve all components of fitness. From cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. Most sessions will finish in our Unique PUNCH room and consist of some element of boxing conditioning. You will have monthly calls to map out your road to success and guide you in how to bring out your inner champion whilst working in a small group.
The punch fitness class uses boxing training to create the ultimate full body workout, in a facility that’s out of the ordinary. This class will teach you the art of boxing while improving your hand eye coordination, balance, alertness, strength and cardiovascular fitness levels. But most importantly, your mental clarity and state. This is a class experience you won’t forget.
A pure engine and mentality class that challenges and progresses all energy systems. This class is 45 minutes and incorporates our assault bikes, ski trainers, aqua bags, dumbbells, kettlebells and your body weight to create the ultimate fitness class.
Yoga Flow is a yoga class that flows through sequences of postures that link movement and breath together to create harmony and equilibrium throughout the body and mind. By creating more awareness of our breath and our bodies we become more intune with ourselves. And, on a physical level, we make our bodies stronger and more mobile through active and passive stretches along with core and stability work. In this class we will flow at an accessible pace which will include options to make postures or transitions more or less challenging, appealing to all levels of practitioner.

Jessica began practicing yoga while living in New Zealand and soon discovered that yoga was not only a practice for personal development but a calling that needed to be shared. Jess, trained as a 200hr Vinyasa Flow teacher in India in 2014 and has gone on to complete training in Aerial Yoga and Yin Yoga in the UK. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive and engaging. She encourages students to work at their own level of ability and to feel comfortable in themselves and their bodies along their yoga journey. Her anatomy based classes are fun, informative and open to all.
A 6-16 year old children’s boxing class that aims to improve their confidence, self-esteem, social skills and emotional regulation. Through the boxing discipline children learn to respect authority and how to perform self-defence. The class uses all elements of boxing specific training whilst making it fun and engaging for the children.
